Where Lebanon's athletes and active adults train smarter, recover faster, and build the body they actually want.
The Veloce Performance Lab is a 1,500 square foot training facility located within Veloce Spine & Sport on the historic Lebanon Square. Equipped with elite-level technology and led by certified coaches, the Performance Lab is built for athletes, active adults, and anyone serious about how their body moves.
We offer two ways to train with us. One-on-one performance training with LC Satterfield, our Head Performance Coach. And group training sessions. Both are programmed with intention, coached in real time, and built around real results.
Performance and Performance+
One-on-One Performance Training
Led by LC Satterfield, our individual performance training sessions are built around your specific goals, your body, and your sport. No generic programs. No copy-paste workouts. Every session is designed for the person in front of him.
Performance (30 minutes)
Focused, efficient training built around a specific goal or target area. Ideal for patients who already have a base of fitness and want targeted programming. Common uses include:
Athletes maintaining performance during a competitive season
Active adults adding focused strength work to their existing routine
Patients transitioning from chiropractic care into preventive movement work
Lifters working on a specific lift or movement pattern
Performance+ (60 minutes)
Full-length sessions for patients building from the ground up, working through more comprehensive programming, or addressing movement issues alongside strength training. Common uses include:
Athletes returning to sport after injury
Adults starting structured training after time away
Recreational athletes preparing for a specific event or competition
Patients who want the full spectrum: mobility, strength, conditioning, and movement quality
Every Performance and Performance+ session is one-on-one with LC. You will work directly with him through every set, every drill, every progression.
Group Hybrid Training

Led by Kaylie Torrens, our group training sessions bring real coaching attention to a small-group environment. Unlike big-box gym classes where instructors push you through generic workouts, our group training is programmed with the same intention as our individual sessions, just delivered in a group setting.
Group training at Veloce is built for:
Adults returning to fitness who want structure and accountability
Patients layering training onto an existing routine
Active people who prefer training alongside others
Anyone who has been working out on their own and knows they are missing something
Sessions run on a scheduled basis at the Performance Lab. Small group sizes mean Kaylie can actually coach you, not just count reps from across the room.
What Sets Veloce Performance Lab Apart
Elite-Level Technology
We invested in the same training and assessment technology used by professional sports organizations.
ForceDecks are dual force plates used by elite teams worldwide to measure and analyze over 20 different movement patterns. From squats and jumps to isometric strength testing and functional balance assessments, ForceDecks provide real-time, data-driven feedback on how your body is actually moving. This is not a gimmick. This is the same technology used by NFL, NBA, MLB, and Olympic-level performance staff. We use it to assess imbalances, track progress over time, and program with precision.
Recovery Built In
Our facility includes a traditional sauna designed for 3 to 5 people, reaching temperatures up to 200°F. Sauna use post-training supports recovery, cardiovascular health, and overall wellness. Sessions are available for patients and members.
Integrated With Chiropractic Care
The Performance Lab is part of Veloce Spine & Sport. Your training coach can coordinate directly with Dr. Grimaldi and Ian Randolph, our massage therapist, when your training needs to account for an injury, a movement restriction, or recovery between sessions. Most independent gyms cannot offer this. We can, because it all happens under one roof.
Coached, Not Just Programmed
Every session at Veloce Performance Lab is run by a certified coach. LC holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Exercise Science from Tennessee Tech University and serves as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Friendship Christian School. Kaylie is a Cumberland University graduate and former collegiate athlete. You are not training alone with a generic program. You are coached in real time.
