Performance training sessions are individual training sessions for those looking to go the distance and maximize human performance. These are 45-minute one one-on-one training sessions done in-house with Dr. Grimaldi. These sessions are tailored to each individual and no two sessions are alike. These sessions are not covered by any insurance policy.
1-on-1
These sessions are 1-on-1 training sessions with Dr. Grimaldi, they take place in our office which houses a small gym. These sessions are tailored to the specific athlete and to the sport or activity they want to place their focus on.
Strength &
Mobility
Performance training sessions are meant to build strength while also maintaining or improving full-body mobility. Strength training is often prioritized while mobility training tends to be forgotten. At Veloce, we will prioritize both aspects of performance training, allowing you to optimize your athletic performance.
