Stephen joins the Veloce Performance team as a former collegiate football player at Middle Tennessee State and a dedicated fitness professional with over six years in the industry. Stephen brings a blend of athletic expertise and genuine relationship-building to every session. Whether coaching young athletes or guiding adults in group classes, Stephen is passionate about helping people become stronger and more confident in their bodies. Known for his high energy and positive vibes, he specializes in sports performance training from kids to pros, and loves bringing that same dedication into one-on-one personal training. At his new home, he’s excited to keep inspiring others to feel their best—both in the gym and in their everyday lives.
