Chiropractic Care in Lebanon, TN
If you're searching for a chiropractor in Lebanon and you want care that's evidence-based, modern, and built around actually getting you better, Veloce Spine & Sport is the right next step. We're located on the historic Lebanon Square and serve patients from Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Wilson County, and Smith County.
Our approach is different from a traditional chiropractic practice. We combine chiropractic adjustments with soft tissue work, dry needling, and corrective rehab into a single integrated treatment plan. The goal is not to keep you coming back forever. The goal is to fix what's wrong and get you back to doing what you love.

How Chiropractic Care Works at Veloce
A chiropractic adjustment restores motion to joints that have lost their normal range. When a joint moves better, the muscles around it work better. When everything moves the way it should, pain typically decreases and function improves.
Here's what makes our approach different:
-
Adjustments are precise, not forceful. If you've had painful or aggressive chiropractic care before, that's not how we work. Our techniques are specific and targeted, not rough or generic.
-
Care is integrated. Every visit may include adjustments, soft tissue work, dry needling, cupping, and corrective exercise programming, depending on what your body actually needs.
-
Treatment plans have an endpoint. We're not in the business of keeping you on a forever schedule. We build plans designed to resolve your issue and transition you into maintenance or graduation.
-
Education is part of the care. Dr. Grimaldi will walk you through what's happening, why we're doing it, and what to expect. You'll leave understanding your body better than when you came in.

What is the noise?
The "popping" sound you hear when an adjustment is performed, is a gas release from the affected joint. Pressure is released from the joint, thus leading to an audible "pop".
It is important to note that if a "pop" is not heard, the adjustment may still happen. An audible noise does not indicate a successful adjustment or treatment.

What is occuring?
The natural motion of the spine is restored. An increase in mobility of the "adjusted" region occurs. The joints that were manipulated are now able to move more freely, than in their previously restricted state.
It is important to note that no joints or bones are being "put back into place". The chiropractic adjustment restores motion to spinal segments, it does not "re-align" your spine.
